Madonna hails daughter's adventurous spirit. These days it seems Madonna can't praise her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes more. She likes it the way the teen is coming out of the shadow of an insanely famous mother, who surpassed even Elvis Presley in terms of top 10 hits and claims Lola is "much more adventurous than I am." "She's the fashion police at our house and has a point of view on what everyone is wearing. I'm not saying we agree on everything but we enjoy collaborating together" tells the proud mom Madonna. All this comes prior to the launch of Lola's own fashion collection, Material Girl, at New York department store Macy's on August 3. And as per reports, expectations are already high. Madonna tells that since she was busy doing other things, she decided to leave it to Lola and she had been the perfect choice. She designed the dresses, attended meetings with her mom and when she showed her works to the famous crooner, she could on very few occasions, contradict her choice. And Madonna is not the only one singing praise of her daughter. Ex Carlos Leon is a proud father these days, too. He is amazed by the achievements of Lola at the tender age of 13. "(She has) much more about her than I ever had at 13," The New York Post quotes him. "Lourdes is the apple of my eye. Her fashion sense is incredible, the way she puts things together. She is always buying me clothes," a proud Leon added.
